We all take responsibility in knowing and working with the National Regulations, NQF, First Aid guidelines, centre policies and procedures. We are all responsible for ensuring our qualifications are updated when required.

Educators continually seek ways to build their professional knowledge and development. Educators share knowledge and EYLF experiences as part of our professional development. We value new educators and do what we can to help them understand and value our culture and ethical practice
